A traveler between worlds, carrying roots quietly through urban rhythm. City Passenger is a wearable object constructed from willow entwined with untanned, naturally dyed leather. Drawing from traditional basketry, the piece is translated into an urban context shaped by movement, transit, and pause. Conceived as a traveler between worlds, City Passenger carries roots quietly through contemporary rhythm. Organic materials remain exposed and responsive, allowing time, use, and environment to continue shaping the object. Each piece is accompanied by a dust bag made from woven linen once used by the maker’s great-grandmother to store potatoes. Two detachable leather pouches are included; fully functional and designed for everyday use, they can be removed and carried independently.
