Hello, I'm Monika Do.

My creative practice revolves around the human relationship with the emotions and feelings that we encounter. In my sculptures, I fuse human figure with motifs from nature. By incorporating anatomical fragments, I aim for the viewer to recognize themselves within the work. Nature, meanwhile, serves as a field of exploration, allowing unexpected and sometimes dreamlike forms to emerge. I want to create space, where the viewer could gaze at these concrete forms and identify their own abstract experiences, thus forging a more intimate connection with them.
